One sticker per table, a printable sheet, and how the table proves a guest is really sitting at it.
Print your codes once
Create your tables in the admin panel and print the QR sheet - one code per table, sized for a sticker or a small stand. The codes never expire and never change, even if you rename the table.
What a scan does
A guest who scans a table's code gets your menu with that table already attached. Browsing and building a cart work for anyone - even someone reading your menu on the bus - but sending an order to the kitchen needs the table, which only a scan in the room provides.
Why your address must not change
Your address on Tawla is printed inside every QR code. If you ever rename it, the old links keep redirecting - but the name can never be given to another restaurant, which is why we ask you to choose carefully on day one.
